Hello! We are glad you stopped by. We are Trent and Lindsey, a husband and wife worship team.
It is a great joy in life to lead God's people to the throne in worship as husband and wife, but the true leader in our ministry is the Holy Spirit.
Our ministry is built upon God's grace and salvation offered through our relationship with Christ, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to be our mediator between God and His people. As we worship God, we know, and have experienced, His love through the joys and pains of life. Our calling to lead worship rests in the triumphant sound of our hearts responding to the Holy Spirit and pressing into His presence.
Worship is of the utmost importance in believers’ lives. Matthew 4:10 tells us “You are to worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.” Worship must take priority in our lives. Luke 10:27 says to "love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind." We consider true worship to be engulfed in our heart, soul, strength, and mind because genuine, true, and heartfelt worship has only one ultimate leader, Jesus Christ. As leaders, we must constantly be aware of other “things” that too often distract our worship. We must remember Jesus Christ is the only leader in worship, and nothing else should lead in our worship experience. Worship transforms us because we are responding to the liberating touch of the Holy Spirit. As worshippers, debating over forms and styles of worship is meaningless. We must each be fully in tune with the true meaning of worship. The Holy Spirit’s role in worship is important for us to recognize and acknowledge. He leads through us and with us. As worshipers, these are all important things to remember in our expression of worship, but we believe, if we always start with our hearts, the rest will fall into place. "He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the LORD and put their trust in him". Psalm 40:3
About Us
Hi, I'm Trent
The Lord allowed me to marry the love of my life, Lindsey. As husband and wife, we soon realized the Lord had given us musical talents that, when used together, the calling the Lord had placed on our lives became evident. One thing we believe with all our hearts is our Heavenly Father's love for you! Christ has never stopped loving us, and we know He never will. It is that unfailing love that calls our hearts to worship Him. Lindsey and I love leading His people in worship. We have so much joy in the pursuit of worship. Our only desire in leading worship is to allow the overflowing of the Holy Spirit to captivate your heart. God loves you, right where you are! Let His love capture your heart.
Hi, I'm Lindsey
I knew the Lord hand picked Trent for me long before we were engaged and married (even before he knew it--ha!). Life is just more fun when you're married to your best friend. A few things on my bucket list: swimming with dolphins (check), being a contestant on the Price is Right, and traveling to Europe. The most important thing you should know about me, however, is that I love to worship and to lead others in worship. There is something so redemptive and freeing in coming before the throne of our King to offer Him praise. Each time we lead, we pray for the Holy Spirit to lead through us. Through worship, we desire for the Spirit to move in the hearts of ourselves and others that we may know His love more intimately, and that we may see HIm with new and fresh eyes.
